Position Summary:

We are looking for experienced and self-motivated Security Guards to work as 1099 independent contractors. As a representative of SAPP Enforcement, you will provide a visible deterrent to crime, enforce property rules, and ensure the safety and security of clients and their property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas by foot or vehicle to monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized individuals, and safety hazards.

• Secure entrances, exits, and perimeter of client properties.

• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms or disturbances.

• Write detailed incident and activity reports.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and client requests.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and local law enforcement when necessary.

• Follow all post orders and company protocols.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.

• Must possess a valid state-issued security license/guard card (if required by state).

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.

• Strong communication and observation skills.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.

• Must be punctual, professional, and self-disciplined.
